Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide:
A replacement of the same item, or
A full refund if a replacement is not possible.
Shipping costs for such returns will be covered by Star Silver Stones.
